Pasting a Call Transcript

If you already have a written transcript from a sales call, you can paste it directly into Intel (the analysis surface at /dashboard/analyze) for AI coaching analysis.

How to Submit

Open Intel from the sidebar (under the Sales section).
Enter a Title (labeled "[your term] Title", e.g. "Call Title") so you can find the analysis later.
Select the Paste Transcript tab.
Paste your transcript into the text area. The field accepts up to 500,000 characters.
Click Run Analysis.

A transcript needs to be at least 50 characters before the Run Analysis button becomes active.

One Intel Credit is used when an analysis actually runs. See Understanding Intel Credits for how credits, bonus credits, and the shared team pool work.

Tips for Best Results

Include speaker labels (for example, "Rep:" and "Prospect:", one speaker per line) so the AI can distinguish between participants.
Paste the full conversation rather than excerpts. Partial transcripts may lead to incomplete coaching insights.
Remove irrelevant preamble like hold music notes or automated greetings that don't add context to the conversation.

What Happens Next

The first time you submit on a new workspace Terms version, a short data-attestation prompt appears — confirm both checkboxes to continue. After you click Run Analysis, your call moves through the processing pipeline and you're redirected to the results automatically once it's done. See Analysis Status for the pipeline stages.

Troubleshooting

Run Analysis button stays disabled: The transcript must be longer than 50 characters and at or below the 500K-character limit. A character counter appears as you approach the limit.
Text too long: Trim non-essential sections before pasting.
No credits remaining: Check your team's shared credit pool with your admin, or review your plan in Settings → Billing.
