Supported Browsers

CloseIntel runs in your web browser. We support the latest two versions of:

• Google Chrome (recommended)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari
• Microsoft Edge

JavaScript must be enabled. We do not support Internet Explorer.

Screen Resolution

For the best experience, use a minimum resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. The dashboard is fully functional at higher resolutions and scales well on large monitors.

Mobile Support

CloseIntel is mobile responsive. You can review scores, coaching, analytics, and training content from a phone or tablet, and the sidebar collapses into a mobile menu automatically. For the best mobile experience, use the latest Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS).

Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required. By input method:

• Paste Transcript, Share Link, or JSON Import — minimal bandwidth needed.
• Upload Audio — audio files up to 500 MB are supported; a stable connection is recommended for larger files to avoid timeouts.
• Training Simulator (formerly the "AI Sales Simulator", if enabled) — voice and video practice modes work best on a consistent connection.

CloseIntel supports keyboard navigation and screen readers. If you hit an accessibility issue, contact support and we'll prioritize a fix.
