Coaching Feedback
After a call (or your org's term) is analyzed, CloseIntel can deliver coaching feedback tied to that call. Each feedback item links straight to the full call results so you can act on it quickly.
Where this feedback appears depends on what's enabled for your workspace — see Messages & Inbox for the difference between the Messages and Inbox surfaces. The steps below describe the Inbox experience.
What a coaching feedback item includes
- Call reference — the title of the analyzed call, shown as "Feedback on: …".
- The feedback content — coaching notes about that call.
- Open call — a button that takes you to the full call results, where you'll find scores, the transcript, and detailed insights.
- Replies — you can reply in the feedback thread to respond to your coach (or your org's term).
How to find it in the Inbox
- Open Inbox from the sidebar (under Training & Development).
- New, unread items appear with a bold title and an unread indicator.
- Use the left rail to filter to Unread, or filter by type to focus on coaching feedback.
- Click an item to read the full feedback. Opening it marks it as read.
Acting on feedback
- Click Open call to jump to the call results page tied to that feedback.
- Use the reply box in the feedback thread to send a response.
- Use Snooze to temporarily hide an item and bring it back later, or Archive to file it away once you've acted on it.
If your workspace uses Messages instead of the Inbox, the old /dashboard/inbox link redirects you to Messages automatically.
Tips
- Use Open call to go straight to the calls that need the most attention.
- Review older feedback to track how your coaching points have evolved over time.
- Coaching feedback complements your manager's direct messages — read both for the full picture.
