Import a Google Meet transcript into Intel by pasting its Google Docs link — no connection needed.

Importing from Google Meet
Google Meet is a Manual link upload platform in CloseIntel — there's no account to connect. Google Meet saves a meeting transcript as a Google Doc, and you analyze it by pasting that Google Docs link into Intel (the Call Analyzer).
How to import
- Open the Google Docs transcript for your Google Meet meeting.
- Set sharing to "Anyone with the link" so CloseIntel can read it.
- Copy the Google Docs link.
- In CloseIntel, open Intel from the sidebar.
- Choose the Share Link method.
- Paste the Google Docs link into the field.
- Add an optional title for the call.
- Click Run Analysis to queue it.

Requirements
- Google Meet must have produced a transcript for the meeting (transcription is enabled in Google Meet, depending on your Google Workspace edition).
- The Google Docs transcript link must be shared as "Anyone with the link" so CloseIntel can read it.
What happens next
- CloseIntel reads the transcript from the Google Docs link.
- The call is queued for AI analysis.
- Results appear in your call list (History in the sidebar) once processing completes, with a Google Meet source label.
Troubleshooting
- Import failed or permission error: confirm the Google Doc is shared as "Anyone with the link," not restricted to specific people.
- No transcript found: make sure Google Meet captured a transcript for the meeting — you need the transcript Doc, not a recording or chat log.
If the link won't work, you can always copy the transcript text and use the Paste Transcript method in Intel instead.
