Importing from Loom
Loom is a Manual link upload platform in CloseIntel — there's no account to connect. You analyze a Loom recording by pasting its share link into Intel (the Call Analyzer) one recording at a time.
How to import
- Open your Loom video.
- Copy the share link.
- In CloseIntel, open Intel from the sidebar.
- Choose the Share Link method.
- Paste the Loom share link into the field.
- Add an optional title for the call.
- Click Run Analysis to queue it.
You'll also find these steps in Settings → Integrations under the Manual link upload card — click the Loom tile to view the sharing instructions.
Requirements
- The Loom share link should be a public video so CloseIntel can access it.
- The recording should include audio so it can be transcribed.
What happens next
- CloseIntel imports and transcribes the recording from the share link.
- The call is queued for AI analysis.
- Results appear in your call list (History in the sidebar) once processing completes, with a Loom source label.
Troubleshooting
- Import failed: verify the share link is valid and the video is publicly viewable.
- No audio detected: make sure the Loom recording includes spoken audio, not just a silent screen capture.
If a share link won't work, you can always copy the transcript text and use the Paste Transcript method in Intel instead.
