Using Flashcards
Flashcard decks are one type of resource in Arsenal — your training hub (/dashboard/sales-training). They give you a quick, interactive way to review key sales concepts and terminology.
Finding a Deck
- Open Arsenal from the sidebar.
- Select the Resources sub-tab.
- Look for cards marked as flashcard decks — they show a card count (and your best score once you've studied them).
- Click a deck and choose Study to start a session.
Studying a Deck
- Read the front of the card (the prompt).
- Think of your answer, then click to flip the card and reveal the back.
- Rate how you did:
- Easy — you knew it cold.
- Hard — you got there, but it took effort.
- Missed — you didn't know it.
- The deck advances to the next card automatically.
Progress and Resuming
- A progress bar shows where you are in the deck.
- Use Save & Exit to stop partway through — you'll be offered the option to resume from where you left off next time.
Your Results
When you finish a deck you'll see:
- A score as a percentage.
- A breakdown of how many cards you rated Easy, Hard, and Missed.
- The option to Study Again or go back to the deck.
Your best score is saved and shown on the deck card in the Resources list.
Tips
- Don't just recognize the answer — try to say it in your own words before flipping.
- Rate yourself honestly; the Easy / Hard / Missed counts tell you which cards to focus on.
- Short, regular sessions beat occasional long ones.
