Data Export
Download your calls and analysis results as CSV files from the Data Export tab.
Exporting Your Data
Download your call and analysis data as CSV files from the Data Export tab in Settings (open Settings from the sidebar, then select Data Export). There are two separate exports.
Export Calls
Click Download CSV under Export Calls to download closeintel-calls.csv. It contains one row per call with these columns:
- Title
- Date
- Duration (s)
- Source — how the call was added
- Status
- Created At
Export Analyses
Click Download CSV under Export Analyses to download closeintel-analyses.csv. It contains one row per analysis with:
- Call Title and Call Date
- Overall Score
- Executive Summary
- Stage grades — Process, Discovery, Pitch, and Objections
Each file downloads to your device automatically once it's ready.
Open either CSV in Excel or Google Sheets to build your own charts and reports, or keep them as a backup of your performance history. Exports include your calls across your account, not just the currently filtered view.
