Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data is removed from CloseIntel.
This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
- All your calls and transcripts.
- All your analysis results, scores, and coaching insights.
- Your course progress, quiz results, and flashcard data.
- Your badges, streak history, and leaderboard entries.
- Your profile and account credentials.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the Danger Zone tab.
- Under Delete Account, click Delete Account.
- In the confirmation dialog, read the warning, then type your email address to confirm.
- Click I understand, delete my account.
You'll be signed out immediately and returned to the home page.
Before You Delete
- If your account is part of an organization, check with your admin first — they may need to handle offboarding.
- Cancel any active subscription first to avoid continued billing (do this from the Billing tab — see Billing & Subscription). Deleting your account also cancels your own subscription and removes your billing record.
- Export your data first if you want to keep a copy — see Data Export.
After Deletion
You can use the same email to create a new account in the future, but no previous data will be restored.
