Changing Your Password

Keep your account secure by updating your password from the Password tab in Settings (open Settings from the sidebar, then select Password).

How to Change Your Password

1. Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the Password tab.
2. Enter your Current Password.
3. Enter your New Password.
4. Re-enter it in Confirm New Password.
5. Click Change Password.

When the change succeeds, you'll see a confirmation message. As a security measure, changing your password signs out your other active sessions.

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

• Be at least 12 characters long.
• Include a mix of 3 or more of these: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, symbol.
• Be different from your current password.

A strength meter and a live checklist show your progress as you type. The Change Password button stays disabled until every requirement is met and your confirmation matches.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your current password:

1. Log out of your account.
2. On the login page, click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow it to set a new password.
