Billing & Subscription
View your plan, usage, and renewal date, manage your payment method and invoices, and switch or cancel your plan from the Billing tab.
Billing & Subscription
Everything about your plan lives on the Billing tab in Settings (open Settings from the sidebar, then select Billing).
The Billing tab was previously called "Subscription." Old links to ?tab=subscription automatically redirect to Billing.
Your Plan at a Glance
When your subscription is active, the Billing tab shows:
- Plan — your plan name and price (monthly, or annual with the per-month equivalent).
- Renews — the date your subscription renews.
- Calls This Period — how many call analyses you've used against your monthly allowance, with a usage bar.
Payment Method & Invoices
If you pay for your own subscription, the Billing tab also shows, lower on the page:
- Payment method — view and update the card on file.
- Billing address — your billing address for invoices.
- Billing history — your past invoices.
Switching Monthly ↔ Annual
If you're on a monthly plan, a Switch to Annual card shows your annual savings. Click Switch, review the prorated amount due today, then Confirm Switch. If you're on annual billing, a Switch to Monthly Billing link is available instead.
Canceling
To cancel, click Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Trial during a free trial). You'll go through a short cancellation flow that may offer the option to pause your subscription instead. If you've already scheduled a cancellation, a banner shows when access ends, with a Resume Subscription button to undo it.
Other Subscription States
- Free trial — shows when your trial ends and what you'll be charged after.
- Paused — you won't be billed until it resumes; click Resume Subscription to restart.
- Payment issue (past due) — click Update Payment Method to fix a failed charge during the grace period.
- Checkout incomplete — finish signing up to activate your subscription.
- Canceled — your data is preserved; click Resubscribe to restore access.
If Your Organization Pays
If your access is included with an organization's subscription (or has been comped to you), the Billing tab shows Complimentary Access or Paid by your organization instead of a personal payment method. In that case, payment and invoices are managed by an admin in your organization.
For an overview of the available plans, see Subscription Plans.
