Using Filters
Filter Call Analytics by period, outcome, source, score range, and segmentation.
Filtering Analytics Data
Filters narrow your Call Analytics down to the exact slice you want to study. The period selector and the Filters panel sit at the top of the page and apply across every tab — your selection stays put as you switch tabs.
Time Period
A quick-select toggle controls the date range:
- 7 days — The last week of activity.
- 30 days — The default. Good for recent trends.
- 90 days — The last quarter, best for long-term patterns.
Filters Panel
Click Filters to open the panel:
Outcome
- All — No outcome filter.
- Sale (Paid)
- Sale (Pending)
- Follow-up
- Lost
Source
Filter by where the call came from: Transcript, Audio, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter, Zoom, Loom, or Google Meet.
Score Range
Set a minimum and/or maximum score (0–10). For example, set the maximum to 5 to focus on calls that need the most work.
Gender and Comm Style (if enabled for your workspace)
Some workspaces include extra segmentation filters — Gender and Communication Style (Consultative, Assertive, Empathetic, Analytical, or Hybrid). If you don't see these, they aren't turned on for your organization.
How to Apply Filters
- Open any Call Analytics tab.
- Choose a period, then click Filters to set outcome, source, and score range.
- Charts and tables update automatically.
- Click the ✕ on the Filters button to clear everything at once.
Compare Sale (Paid) versus Lost calls to spot what separates your wins from your losses. Use the 90 days view when reviewing your overall improvement.
