v1 vs v2 Analysis Depth
Why some analytics tabs need extended (v2) analysis, and what Analysis Coverage means.
v1 vs v2 Analysis Depth
There is no separate tab for extended analysis. Instead, newer analyses produce a deeper, structured layer of data — sometimes called extended or v2 analysis — that powers the richer parts of your Call Analytics page.
What extended analysis unlocks
When a call has extended analysis, it contributes the granular signals behind:
- Skills tab — Discovery coverage and blind spots, the pitch checklist, and objection patterns.
- Process tab — Process mechanics, micro-commits, process adherence, and phase grades.
- Overview tab — Revenue, close rate, objection win rate, and talk-ratio trends.
- Calls & Sources tab — Talk ratio, average questions per call, and objection stats.
Calls without extended analysis still count toward your totals, average score, and trend — they just don't feed the deeper breakdowns.
Analysis Coverage
The page header and the Calls & Sources tab show an Analysis Coverage figure — for example "12/20 with extended analysis (60%)." That's the share of your analyzed calls that have the deeper data layer.
If the Skills or Process tab shows "Extended analysis data needed," it simply means not enough of your calls have extended analysis yet.
How to get more coverage
Coverage grows naturally as you analyze more calls. To increase it:
- Keep submitting calls for analysis — see Submitting a transcript or Uploading audio.
- Give it a little time after analyses complete — the analytics page updates automatically as new results land.
Some of the deepest signals come from longer, richer transcripts. The more complete the call you submit, the more the deeper analysis has to work with.
