Practice an Objection
Turn an objection from a real call into a Training Simulator drill from the Objections tab.
Drill the Objections You Faced
The Objections tab on a finished call lists every objection the prospect raised, with how you handled it and where it could have gone better. From there you can launch a live drill in the Training Simulator — the AI roleplay practice tool at /dashboard/practice — pre-loaded with the real context of that objection.
Simulating a Single Objection
- Open a finished call and switch to the Objections tab.
- Find the objection you want to work on. Each card includes an AI Sales Simulation block showing your mastery for that objection type and an estimated time (about 5 minutes).
- Click Simulate.
A new practice session opens in the Training Simulator using the objection's wording, your original response, the call stage, and surrounding context — so the drill mirrors the moment you actually faced.
Mastery for an objection type is calculated from your practice drills (60%) and how you handle that objection type on real calls (40%). Practicing more raises it over time.
Replaying Every Objection
When a call has two or more objections, a Replay All Objections button appears at the top of the Objections tab. It launches a chained drill that walks you through the objections from that call in sequence — useful for rehearsing a tough stretch of a conversation as one flow.
From Coach Feedback
If your coach left feedback on the call, the Feedback section also has a Practice this button. It opens the Training Simulator with the weakest objection category from the call already selected, so you can start drilling without picking a topic first.
Practice runs on a weekly time budget. If you've used up your practice time for the week, the simulator will let you know and you can pick it back up next week.
Where Drills Live
The Training Simulator itself lives under Training & Development in the sidebar (if enabled for your workspace). Launching a drill from a call simply jumps you straight into a session there. See the Training Simulator help section for how a drill plays out and how scoring works.
