Reviewing the Transcript

Opening the Transcript

On the call results page, the transcript opens in a side panel rather than a separate tab. Click View Transcript in the analysis header (next to the tab pills) to slide it in alongside the analysis. Press Esc to close it.

Each line is shown as a chat-style turn with the speaker's name at the start of their block. The names come from the uploaded transcript, so they reflect however the speakers were labeled when the call was processed.

Review Mode — Jump to a Moment

Most analysis cards (Discovery questions, Pitch moments, Objections, and flagged Compliance items) are clickable. On a wide screen, clicking a card opens review mode: a split view with the analysis on the left and the exact transcript moment on the right.

• If the call has a recording attached, the player seeks to that moment automatically.
• Use the Prev / Next controls in the review panel to walk through every quote across the analysis tabs in order.
• Press Esc to leave review mode.

On a narrow screen, clicking a card opens the same moment in a focused drawer instead of the split view.

Keyboard Shortcuts

From anywhere on the results page (except while typing in a field), use these jump shortcuts. On Mac use Cmd; on Windows/Linux use Ctrl:

• Cmd/Ctrl + 1 — Jump to the Coach Feedback section
• Cmd/Ctrl + 2 — Jump to the AI Insights section
• Cmd/Ctrl + 3 — Jump to the analysis dashboard
• Cmd/Ctrl + 4 — Open the transcript side panel

To search within the transcript text, use your browser's find (Cmd/Ctrl + F).

Tips

• Look for long uninterrupted blocks from the prospect — these often mark strong discovery or a missed chance to engage.
• When a Discovery or Objection card calls out a moment, click it to hear or read exactly how it played out instead of guessing from the summary.
