Navigating the Dashboard
An overview of the CloseIntel dashboard layout, sidebar sections, and top bar.
Dashboard Layout
The CloseIntel dashboard has a sidebar on the left for moving between sections, a top bar for search and account actions, and the main content area in the middle. On mobile, the sidebar collapses into a navigation menu.
Some sections appear only if enabled for your workspace and if your role has access, so your sidebar may show fewer items than listed here. Names like "Calls" can also be customized — your org may use a different term.
The Sidebar
At the top is Dashboard — your home, with quick stats and recent activity. Below it, items are grouped into three sections:
Sales
- Process Map — Your organization's sales process (the page is titled "Sales Process Map"). Shown if enabled.
- Intel — The analyzer. Submit a call recording, share link, JSON export, or transcript for AI scoring and coaching.
- History — Your list of analyzed calls. Open any one to see its full breakdown.
- Leaderboard — See how you rank against teammates by score, revenue, or close rate. Shown if enabled.
Insights
- Sales Intelligence — Coaching recommendations drawn from patterns across your calls.
- Analytics — Performance trends and breakdowns over time. Shown if enabled.
Training & Development
- Arsenal — Courses and learning resources, auto-recommended based on your analyses.
- Training Simulator — Rehearse with an AI buyer in text, voice, or video. Shown if enabled.
- Inbox (or Messages) — Notifications, manager feedback, and team messages.
The Top Bar
Across the top of the screen you'll find:
- Search — A search box; press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere to jump to a page, call, or course.
- Streak and credits badges — Your current activity streak and remaining Intel Credits.
- Inbox — A quick view of recent notifications.
- Profile menu (top-right) — Your avatar opens a menu with Settings, Integrations, Support Center (this site), Switch workspace (when available), an Admin View link (for admins and managers), and Logout.
Dashboard Home Highlights
The dashboard home includes:
- A time-range toggle (this month / this quarter) that reframes the widgets below it.
- An onboarding checklist that disappears once you complete each step.
- Stat cards — Close Rate, Total Revenue, and Avg Score.
- An outcome breakdown, an AI focus-for-this-week tip, a coaching feed, a close-rate trend chart, and a leaderboard snapshot.
Tips
- Collapse the sidebar with the chevron toggle for a wider content view.
- Manage your profile, integrations, notifications, and (for admins) two-factor authentication from Settings in the profile menu.
