Creating Your Account
How to sign up for a CloseIntel account with email or Google.
Sign Up for CloseIntel
You can create a CloseIntel account with email/password or with Google.
Self sign-up is only available on workspaces that allow it. If you don't see a sign-up page, your admin invites members directly — check with them.
Email and Password
- Go to your organization's sign-up page.
- Enter your Full Name and Email, then choose a Password. The form checks your password live and requires:
- At least 12 characters
- At least 3 of: lowercase, uppercase, number, symbol
- Check the I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box.
- Click Create Account.
- You'll see a "Check your email" message. Open the verification link we email you to finish setting up your account.
Continue with Google
- Click Continue with Google on the sign-up page.
- Choose your Google account.
- Your account is created using your Google profile, and you'll review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as part of completing setup.
Joining an Organization
Custom Workspace Domains
If you sign up from your company's custom CloseIntel domain (for example yourcompany.closeintel.ai), your account is automatically tied to that workspace — no invite code needed.
Invited Members
If your admin invited you by email, click the link in the invitation. Your workspace and team assignment are already set.
After Sign-Up
The first time you reach your dashboard, a short guided tour walks you through the layout, and you'll be prompted to connect a recording platform so future calls analyze automatically. See Onboarding Tour.
Need Help?
If you can't create an account, check with your team admin to confirm your email has been added to the organization.
