System Notifications

System notifications keep you informed about achievements, reminders, and important alerts inside CloseIntel. They arrive in your Inbox alongside coaching feedback and direct messages. (If chat is enabled for your workspace, the sidebar item reads Messages instead — see Messages & Inbox.)

Types of notifications

• Announcements — workspace-wide or team updates from your admin or manager. Some include an embedded video.
• Achievements — badges earned and milestones reached.
• Streak alerts — nudges about maintaining your activity streak.
• Compliance alerts — flagged compliance issues on your calls (or your org's term), with a quick link to review them. Shown only if compliance is enabled for your workspace.

Viewing notifications

1. Open Inbox from the sidebar.
2. New, unread items appear with a bold title and an unread indicator.
3. Use the left rail to switch to Unread, or filter by type to focus on a specific kind of notification.
4. Click any notification to read the details.

Some notifications include an action button — for example, a compliance alert links to Review violations, and a badge notification links to your achievements.

The unread badge

• The Inbox (or Messages) item in the sidebar shows a count of your unread items.
• Reading, archiving, or marking items as read updates the count.

Email notification settings

You control which notifications reach you by email under Settings → Notifications.

Tips

• Watch for achievement notifications to celebrate your progress.
• Act on reminders promptly — they're designed to help you keep momentum.
• Check announcements for updates about new features or organizational changes.
