Working Through Course Content
Each course is divided into modules, and each module contains one or more lessons. Lessons may include video content, written material, or both.
Starting a Lesson
- Open a course from the Courses sub-tab in Arsenal (
/dashboard/sales-training). - Use the course outline to pick the next incomplete lesson.
- Watch the video or read the material.
- Mark the lesson complete when you're done.
Video Lessons
- Videos play directly in the browser.
- Use the playback controls to pause, rewind, or adjust playback speed.
Written Content
- Written lessons include explanations, examples, and best practices.
- Read through the full lesson before marking it complete.
Module Progression
- Lessons within a module are designed to be completed in order.
- After finishing all lessons in a module, you may be prompted to take a module quiz if the module has one.
- Your progress saves automatically — leave and return any time, and you'll land back where you left off.
Some courses have prerequisites. If a course is locked, finish the required course first to unlock it.
Tips
- Take notes on key concepts as you go.
- Try applying one new technique from each lesson on your next sales call.
- Revisit completed lessons any time for a refresher.
