Two-Factor Authentication
Set up and manage two-factor authentication (2FA) on your admin account from the 2FA tab in Settings.
Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security: after entering your password, you also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.
The 2FA tab appears in Settings only for accounts with admin access. If you don't see a 2FA tab, your account doesn't currently have an admin role, and there's nothing to configure here.
Enabling 2FA
- Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the 2FA tab.
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). If you can't scan it, copy the code shown beneath the QR and enter it manually.
- Enter the current 6-digit code from your app.
- Click Verify & Enable.
Once enabled, an Enabled badge shows on the tab.
Logging In with 2FA
- Enter your email and password as usual.
- When prompted, open your authenticator app.
- Enter the current 6-digit code to finish signing in.
Disabling 2FA
- Go to the 2FA tab in Settings.
- Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
- Confirm in the warning dialog.
If 2FA is required for your account, you'll see "required for admin accounts" and the disable option won't be available. If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact your administrator for help recovering access.
