Calls & Sources
The Calls & Sources tab: source breakdown, summary stats, top calls, calls to review, and grade trends.
Calls & Sources
The Calls & Sources tab on the Call Analytics page ties your aggregate numbers back to individual calls — and shows where those calls came from.
Call Sources
A breakdown shows how many of your analyzed calls came from each source — for example Transcript, Audio, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter, Zoom, Loom, or Google Meet.
Summary
A grid of summary stats covers the selected period, including:
- Total Calls Analyzed
- Average Score and Best Score
- Analysis Coverage — How many of your calls have extended analysis (e.g. 12/20, 60%). See v1 vs v2 analysis depth.
When extended analysis data exists, you'll also see stats like Close Rate, Total Revenue Generated, Avg Questions / Call, Objection Resolution Rate, Avg Talk Ratio, and Micro-Commits / Call.
A View All Calls button takes you to your full call list in History — the dashboard's list of past analyses.
Top Calls & Calls to Review
Two side-by-side panels surface your standout calls:
- Top Calls — Your highest-scoring calls.
- Calls to Review — Your lowest-scoring calls, where the most learning usually lives.
Click any call to open its full results.
All Grade Trends
A multi-line chart plots your Process, Discovery, Pitch, and Objections grades together over time, so you can see how the areas move relative to one another.
How to Use This Tab
- Open Call Analytics and click the Calls & Sources tab.
- Review Calls to Review first — low-scoring calls often reveal the clearest patterns.
- Click into any call to read its full breakdown — see Score breakdown.
- Use Filters to compare won versus lost calls or a specific source.
