How to Log In

Signing In to CloseIntel

Go to your organization's CloseIntel address — or the standard sign-in page at /login — to log in.

Email and Password

1. Enter your Email address.
2. Enter your Password. Click the eye icon to show or hide what you've typed.
3. Optionally check Remember me to keep your email filled in on this device next time.
4. Click Sign In.

If you've forgotten your password, the form shows "Forgot your password?" — click Reset it here to receive a reset link by email.

Continue with Google

1. Click Continue with Google on the sign-in page.
2. Choose or sign in to your Google account.
3. You're redirected back to CloseIntel automatically.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SAML SSO, CloseIntel detects your company domain from the email you enter:

1. Enter your Email address and move to the next field.
2. CloseIntel checks your domain. If SSO is set up, the password field is hidden and a Continue with SSO button appears.
3. Click Continue with SSO to be sent to your company's identity provider, then authenticate there.
4. You're redirected back to CloseIntel once verified.

If your organization requires SSO, the email/password and Google options are not shown — you must sign in through your identity provider. See Single Sign-On (SSO) for more.

Troubleshooting

• Invalid credentials — Double-check your email and password. Use the eye icon to confirm what you typed.
• SSO doesn't appear — Your organization may not have SSO configured for your domain. Contact your admin.
• Repeated failures — After several failed attempts, wait a moment before trying again.
