Sales Training Courses
Courses live in Arsenal — your training hub (/dashboard/sales-training). Each course is organized into modules, and each module contains one or more lessons, which may include video, written material, or both. Some modules also include a quiz.
Finding Courses
- Open Arsenal from the sidebar (under Training & Development).
- Make sure the Courses sub-tab is selected (the other sub-tab is Resources).
- Browse the catalog. Each course card shows the title, description, lessons completed, estimated duration, and your progress percentage.
Searching and Filtering
- Use the search box to find a course by title or description.
- Filter by status: All, Assigned, In Progress, or Completed.
Enrolling and Starting
There's no separate enroll step — click any course card to open it, then start the first lesson. The course shows up under your progress and you can resume it any time.
If a course is locked, it has a prerequisite course you need to finish first. The card lists what's required.
Progress Tracking
- Your progress bar updates as you complete lessons.
- A completed course shows 100%.
- CloseIntel remembers where you left off, so you can pick up mid-course.
Assigned and Recommended Courses
- Assigned to You — Courses your coach assigned appear in their own section at the top, with an assignment badge and any due date.
- Recommended — Based on your call analysis results, CloseIntel may surface courses that target your specific improvement areas.
Tips
- Start with the courses matched to your weakest skills from Sales Intelligence (your AI coaching insights).
- Complete modules in order for the best learning flow.
- Pair courses with active practice in the Training Simulator — apply what you learn on your next drill or real call.
