Taking Module Quizzes

Some modules include a quiz to test your understanding. Quizzes reinforce key concepts and confirm you're ready to move on.

How Quizzes Work

Complete the lessons in a module.
Open the quiz when it's available — it can appear inline in the course or on its own quiz page.
Answer each question.
Submit your answers.
Review your results right away.

Question Types

Quizzes mix two kinds of questions:

Multiple choice — Pick the best answer. Some questions allow more than one correct option.
Scenario — Write a short open-text response; these are scored by AI against the ideal answer.

Each question is worth a set number of points, shown next to it.

Passing Score and Attempts

Each quiz has a passing score (a percentage), shown before you start.
A quiz may also have a limited number of attempts. If it does, your attempts remaining are displayed.

If you use all your attempts without passing, the lessons tied to that quiz may be reset. Re-complete them on the course page to unlock another round of attempts.

Viewing Results

After submitting, you'll see:

Your score as a percentage and your points earned out of the total.
Whether you passed (met the passing score).
Which questions you got right and wrong, with the correct answer shown for any you missed.

Tips

If you miss several questions, revisit the module lessons before retaking.
Scenario questions reward practical application — think about how the concept plays out on a real call, not just the definition.
Passing quizzes contributes to your overall course progress.
