Skills Tab
The Skills tab: discovery coverage, pitch checklist, and objection patterns from extended analysis.
Skills Breakdown
The Skills tab on the Call Analytics page drills into the three areas that move deals most: discovery, pitch, and objection handling. It highlights your weakest links so you know exactly where to focus.
The Skills tab is powered by extended analysis. If you don't have enough deeper analyses yet, you'll see a "Extended analysis data needed" message — analyze more calls to fill it in. See v1 vs v2 analysis depth.
Weakest Links + Grade Trends
At the top, a Weakest Links card calls out:
- Your weakest pitch element and its pass rate.
- The objection type you resolve least often.
Click either line to jump straight to its detailed section. Alongside it, a Grade Trends chart plots your discovery, pitch, and objection grades over time.
Summary Cards
Three cards summarize each area with a letter grade:
- Discovery — Average questions asked per call, plus any blind spots.
- Pitch — Your average pass rate across pitch checklist items.
- Objections — Total objections faced and your overall resolution rate.

Detail Sections
- Discovery Coverage — A heatmap of how often you cover each discovery topic, with Blind Spots flagged for topics you explore in under 30% of calls.
- Pitch Checklist — A pass/fail breakdown of each pitch element across your calls.
- Objection Patterns — Objection frequency by category and your resolution rate for each, plus an objection-handling grade trend.
