Coaching Insights
How to read the AI insights, action plan, and coach feedback on your call results.
Coaching on Your Call Results
A finished call gives you several layers of coaching, from AI-generated guidance to feedback from a real person.
AI Call Insights
For calls on the current tabbed layout, an AI Insights panel can be toggled from the action cluster at the top of the page. It surfaces:
- A short summary of how the call went.
- Why You Won / Why You Lost / What Happened — the AI's read on the result, framed to match the call's outcome.
- Next Best Actions — concrete things to do on your follow-up.
Click the atom-shaped insights button in the header to show or hide this panel.
Strategic Action Plan
Inside the Overview tab, the Strategic Action Plan lists prioritized recommendations — each tagged critical, high, or normal — with a short rationale, plus a Next Steps line summarizing what to do next.
Coach Feedback
If someone on your team (your coach — or your org's term for that role) has left feedback on a call, it appears in a dedicated Feedback section near the top of the results page. You can:
- Read the note and when it was sent.
- Reply directly to keep the conversation in one place.
- Use Practice this to jump into the Training Simulator with the weakest objection category from this call pre-selected.
Recommended Training
When training content is available for your workspace, a Recommended Training strip suggests courses tied to what the analysis found.
How to Use It
- Open a finished call from Intel or History.
- Skim the AI summary and Next Best Actions first.
- Read any Coach Feedback and reply if you have questions.
- Pick one or two items from the Strategic Action Plan to focus on — not everything at once.
- Practice a weak spot in the Training Simulator before your next call.
AI insights and the analysis are generated automatically and may not be perfect. Treat them as a starting point and apply your own judgment.
Tips
- Track patterns. If the same feedback shows up across several calls, that's your priority.
- Compare over time. Revisit older calls to see how your results have shifted as you improve.
