Setting Outcomes & Editing Call Details
How to record a call's outcome, fix the rep, prospect, date, or title, add tags, and re-run a failed analysis.
Editing Call Details
The AI fills in details like the rep, prospect, and date from the conversation, but you can correct any of them. On the call results page, click Edit details in the header. You can then change:
- Title — what the call is named in your lists.
- Rep — reassign the call to a different team member (search by name or email).
- Prospect — the name of the person you spoke with.
- Date — when the call took place.
- Outcome — the result of the call (see below).
Click Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to discard them. Fields you've edited by hand get a small manually edited badge, and where the AI's original guess differs from your edit, an "AI suggested…" hint is shown.
Reassigning a call to another rep transfers ownership. After you save a rep change, the call leaves your list and opens for its new owner instead.
Setting the Outcome
The outcome captures how the call ended. The standard options are:
- Sale - Payment Made (
sale-paid) - Sale - Awaiting Payment (
sale-pending) - No Sale - Follow Up (
follow-up) - No Sale - Lost (
lost)
Set or change it from the Outcome dropdown in Edit details, then Save. The outcome shows as a colored badge in the header and feeds the "Why You Won / Why You Lost" framing in your Coaching Insights.
Your workspace may use custom outcome labels and colors set by your administrator. If so, you'll see those options instead of the standard four.
Tags
Tags help you group and find calls. On the results page, click Tag in the header to add one from your workspace's tag list. Start typing to filter the suggestions, then pick a tag to apply it. Remove a tag with the small × next to it.
The set of available tags is curated by your administrator. If no tags appear, ask an admin to add some to your workspace's tag bank.
Re-running a Failed Analysis
If an analysis fails or hasn't started yet, the results page shows a button to retry it:
- A failed call shows Re-analyze (or your org's term for the call).
- A call that hasn't been analyzed yet shows Analyze Now.
Click it to queue the call again. The page polls and updates automatically — analysis usually takes a minute or two. Re-analyzing refreshes the AI insights for the call.
