How Rankings Work
Understanding the Leaderboard's time periods, ranking metric, and the columns your workspace shows.
Leaderboard Rankings
The Leaderboard (the standings page in your sidebar, under Sales) shows how you rank against your teammates. Use it to track your standing and stay motivated.
The Leaderboard is only visible if it's enabled for your workspace. If you don't see it in the sidebar, it isn't turned on — ask your coach or admin (or your org's term for them) to enable it.
Time Periods
Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch the time frame:
- This Week — performance over the trailing 7 days.
- This Month — performance for the current calendar month.
- All Time — cumulative rankings since your account was created.
How Rank Is Determined
Rankings are ordered by your Average Score — the mean overall score across the calls (or your org's term) you analyzed in the selected period. Ties are broken by number of calls analyzed, then by name.
- Standard competition ranking is used, so tied scores share the same rank.
- If you haven't analyzed any calls in the selected period yet, you appear in the list but unranked — analyze a call in Intel, the call analysis page, to get a position.
Columns Your Workspace May Show
Beyond rank and name, the table can display a set of metric columns. Which ones appear is configured for your workspace, so you may see some, all, or none of these:
- Avg Score — your mean overall call score (always shown — it's the ranking metric).
- Calls — number of calls analyzed in the period.
- Streak — your current analysis streak.
- Change — how your average score moved versus the previous period (not shown for All Time).
- Revenue — total deal revenue attributed to your closed calls.
- Close Rate — percentage of your calls marked as closed.
- Closes — number of closed calls.
On the personal stats sidebar you'll also see Your Rank, Your Streak, and Your Badges. Your badge collection lives there — the main ranking table shows names and metrics, not each teammate's badges.
Privacy
Your workspace may anonymize the standings. When that's on, teammates appear as "Player 1", "Player 2", and so on — your own row is always labeled clearly.
Tips
- The weekly and monthly views give everyone a fresh start, so a slow week never sinks your standing for long.
- Consistency matters — analyzing calls regularly improves your average score and keeps your streak alive.
- Use the Leaderboard as motivation, not stress. The best signal is your own Change trending up over time.
