Analysis Streaks
How streaks reward consistent call analysis, week over week.
Analysis Streaks
A streak rewards you for analyzing calls (or your org's term) consistently. Your streak counts the number of consecutive weeks in which you analyzed at least one call. Building a steady review habit is one of the strongest drivers of sales improvement.
How the Weekly Streak Works
- Analyze at least one call in a week to keep your streak alive that week.
- Each qualifying week adds to your streak.
- Your longest streak is tracked alongside your current one.
Weeks follow a Monday-to-Sunday cycle. On Mondays, a short grace window can give you a chance to log a call before the prior week counts against your streak.
Daily "Hot Streak"
In addition to the weekly streak, the app tracks a daily streak — consecutive days you analyzed a call. When you string several days together it shows as a "hot streak." The dots on your streak badge mark which days you were active this week.
Freeze Tokens
If you have freeze tokens, they protect your weekly streak when you miss a week, so a single quiet week doesn't reset you to zero. You'll see your available tokens on the streak badge when you have any.
Where to See Your Streak
Your current streak appears on your Leaderboard personal stats sidebar (and on your dashboard). Hover the streak badge to see your current and longest streak, daily hot streak, and any freeze tokens.
Streak Tips
- Submit calls early in the week so a busy stretch doesn't end your streak.
- Connect an auto-sync integration (such as Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, Dialpad, or GoHighLevel) so completed calls flow in automatically — that makes maintaining a streak far easier.
- Even a single short call analysis is enough to keep the week counted.
Why Streaks Matter
Reps who review calls regularly tend to progress faster than those who analyze sporadically. The streak is there to nudge that habit — it measures consistency, not volume.
