Overview Tab
The Call Analytics Overview tab: summary metrics, performance trend, outcomes, and talk ratio.
Analytics Overview
The Overview tab is the default view on the Call Analytics page (open it from the sidebar under Insights). It gives you a high-level snapshot of your performance across your analyzed calls — or whatever your organization calls them.
Summary Metrics
A row of four summary cards sits at the top. What they show depends on how much extended analysis data you have (newer, deeper analyses unlock more — see v1 vs v2 analysis depth).
When extended outcome data is available, the cards show:
- Revenue Generated — Total revenue across closed deals in the period.
- Close Rate — The percentage of calls that closed.
- Average Score — Your mean overall score, with the change versus the previous period.
- Objection Win Rate — How often you resolved objections.
If extended outcome data isn't available yet, the cards fall back to:
- Calls Analyzed — Calls analyzed in the selected period.
- Average Score — Your mean overall score, with the trend versus the prior period.
- Best Score — Your top-performing call.
- Improvement — Percentage change versus the previous period.
Charts
Below the summary cards you'll see (when the underlying data exists):
- Performance Trend — Your average score plotted by week, with a dashed reference line for the previous period's average.
- Outcome Trend — How call outcomes shifted week over week.
- Talk Ratio Trend — Your share of talk time over time, with a shaded healthy-range band.
- Outcome Distribution — A donut breakdown of your call outcomes and close rate.
Charts need a few data points to render a trend line. With only one week of data, the Performance Trend panel shows a single value and notes that more data is needed.
How to Use the Overview
- Open Call Analytics from the sidebar.
- The Overview tab loads by default.
- Use the period selector (7 / 30 / 90 days) and Filters at the top to adjust the slice of data — see Using Filters.
- Hover over any chart point to see exact values.
The Overview updates automatically as new analyses finish, so there's no need to refresh.
