Evidence, Tied to the Transcript

The analysis doesn't just grade your call — it points to the specific moments behind each judgment. These evidence points are spread across the analysis tabs, and most of them are clickable so you can jump to exactly where they happened in the transcript.

Where Moments Live

• Discovery tab — A logged list of the questions you asked, each tagged by topic with a timestamp. Click a question to see it in context.
• Pitch tab — Key moments from how you presented your solution, each with a quote and timestamp.
• Objections tab — A card for every objection the prospect raised, including the quote, how you handled it, the outcome, and suggestions to improve. (See Practice an Objection.)
• Compliance tab — Any flagged rule violations with the quote that triggered them, if compliance checks are enabled for your workspace.
• Overview tab — Performance categories include supporting quotes, and process-mechanics cards note whether key steps (such as a pitch or a temperature check) happened.

How to Review Them

1. Open a finished call from Intel (/dashboard/analyze) or History (/dashboard/calls).
2. Switch to the Discovery, Pitch, Objections, or Compliance tab.
3. Click any card or logged item. On a wide screen this opens review mode with the matching transcript moment; if a recording is attached, the player seeks to that point.
4. Use Prev / Next in the review panel to walk through every moment across tabs in order.

Using Moments for Growth

Look for recurring patterns. If your weakest grades and the toughest objection cards keep clustering in the same stage of the call, that's where to direct your training. Strong moments show what's already working — keep doing those things.
