Achievement Badges

Badges are a visual record of your accomplishments. You earn them by analyzing calls (or your org's term), building streaks, and leveling up. Your collection appears in the Your Badges panel on the Leaderboard personal stats sidebar.

Badge Categories

Milestones — total calls analyzed, from your First Steps (your first call) up through 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250 calls.
Weekly Streaks — for sustained weekly analysis streaks at 2, 4, 8, 13, 26, and 52 weeks.
Daily Engagement — for analyzing calls several days in a row, or staying active multiple days within a single week.
Volume — for a high number of analyses in a single week (for example, 10 or 20 in one week).
Level & XP — for reaching experience levels and total-XP milestones.

XP and Levels

Most badges award XP (experience points) when earned. XP adds up to raise your level — and reaching higher levels and XP totals unlocks its own badges. You can see your level, XP, and progress to the next level by hovering your streak badge on the Leaderboard.

Viewing Your Badges

Open the Leaderboard from the sidebar.
In the personal stats sidebar, find the Your Badges panel — it shows how many you've earned out of the total available.
Hover any badge to see its name, description, and XP reward. Badges you haven't earned yet show a progress indicator toward the next one.

Badges are permanent — once earned, they stay in your collection. Aim for a range across categories to show well-rounded growth.

Tips

Keeping a streak alive is one of the fastest ways to stack up badges across the Weekly Streaks and Daily Engagement categories.
Watch the progress indicator on an unearned badge to see how close you are to the next milestone.
