Quick Start Guide
Get productive with CloseIntel in 5 minutes — submit your first call, review your scores and coaching, and start improving.
Up and Running in 5 Minutes
CloseIntel analyzes your sales calls — or whatever your organization calls them — with AI and returns scores plus actionable coaching. Follow these steps to get going.
Step-by-Step
-
Log in — Sign in at your organization's CloseIntel address with email, Continue with Google, or Single Sign-On. See How to Log In for details. If your company has a custom domain (for example
yourcompany.closeintel.ai), use that address so you join the right workspace. -
Open Intel — Click Intel in the sidebar under the Sales section. Intel is the analyzer — where you submit a conversation for AI review.
-
Submit your first call — Choose one of four input methods: paste a Share Link from a supported platform (Fireflies, Fathom, Otter, Zoom, Loom, or Google Meet), Upload Audio, run a JSON Import, or Paste Transcript. Then click Run Analysis. Each analysis uses one credit.
-
Review your score and coaching — Analysis runs in the background and typically finishes in under a couple of minutes. You'll get a score breakdown across your sales process stages plus coaching that highlights what went well and where to improve. Past analyses are saved in History (the calls list).
-
Explore Sales Intelligence — Visit Sales Intelligence (formerly "AI Insights") under the Insights section for coaching recommendations drawn from patterns across your calls.
-
Open the Arsenal — Head to Arsenal (formerly "Sales Training") under Training & Development for courses and learning resources. If the Training Simulator is enabled for your workspace, you can also rehearse with an AI buyer there.
The fastest setup is to connect a meeting or dialer tool once so new calls flow in automatically — no manual uploads. See the integrations guides to connect a provider.
