Understanding Your Call Results
How to read the tabbed call results dashboard — letter grades, the Overview tab, and the five analysis sections.
The Call Results Page
When a call finishes analyzing, open it from Intel (your analysis workspace at /dashboard/analyze) or History (your calls list at /dashboard/calls) to see the full results. The page opens with a header — the call title, the rep, the prospect, the date, and the outcome — followed by a tabbed analysis dashboard.
Each call may use one of two layouts depending on when it was analyzed.
The Tabbed Dashboard (current calls)
Recently analyzed calls render as a tabbed dashboard with up to five sections. You switch between them using the tab pills near the top of the analysis:
- Overview — Executive summary, the offer presented, closing terms, the overall score, sales-process phase grades, performance categories, process mechanics, and your talk/listen ratio.
- Discovery — The questions you asked, tagged and logged with timestamps.
- Pitch — Key moments from how you presented your solution.
- Objections — Every objection the prospect raised, with how you handled it. (A count badge on the tab shows how many were found.)
- Compliance — Any flagged rule violations, if compliance checks are enabled for your workspace. (A count badge appears when violations are found.)
Not every workspace shows all five tabs. Your administrator controls which sections are visible and what they're labeled, so your tabs may differ from the names above.
Letter Grades vs. the Overall Score
The Overview tab gives you two complementary views of performance:
- Phase grades — Each stage of your sales process is graded on a letter scale from A+ down to F, color-coded from green (strong) to red (needs work). Click through the phases to read the AI's reasoning for each grade. Select a phase to see the detailed comment, and — if your workspace publishes process guidance — open View Sales Process Guidance for tips on that phase.
- Overall Score — A single weighted score on a 0–10 scale, shown alongside a short synopsis of how the call went.
Performance categories below the phase grades each carry their own x/10 score and a weight showing how much they contribute to the overall number.
If your administrator has hidden scores for your workspace, the numbers and letter grades won't appear — but the written summaries, comments, and recommendations still do.
The Classic Layout (older calls)
Calls analyzed before the tabbed dashboard was introduced still render in the original layout — a single page with an overall 1–10 score, category bars, strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations. Both layouts describe the same call; only the presentation differs. If you'd like an older call shown in the current tabbed format, you can re-run the analysis (see Setting Outcomes & Editing Call Details).
